Eligibility

• The HPL contest is open only to individuals residing in India.

• Participants must be boys aged between 8 to 17 years at the time of registration.

• Participation is valid only for users who have successfully registered on the HPL game platform during the campaign period (12th April to 31st May 2026).

Participation Rules

• By participating in the HPL contest, participants agree to abide by all game rules, scoring criteria, and reward conditions.

• Each participant is allowed to play only through their registered account. Multiple accounts or duplicate entries are strictly prohibited.

• Any attempt to manipulate gameplay, scores, referrals, or leaderboard rankings will result in immediate disqualification.

Fair Play & Disqualification

• TI Cycles of India reserves the right to monitor all gameplay and participant activity.

• Any suspicious, fraudulent, or unfair practices (including but not limited to use of bots, hacks, or score manipulation) will lead to disqualification without prior notice.

• TI Cycles of India holds the sole authority to determine violations and take necessary action.

Rewards & Criteria

Batting Beast 500 Club	This reward is applicable to participants who scored a total of 500 runs across the entire duration of the season.
HPL Run Machine of the Week	Player with the highest total valid runs recorded on the leaderboard during the defined week period
HPL Turbo Century Master of the Week	Player who reaches 100 runs in the least number of balls during the defined week period
HPL Super Striker of the Week	Player with the best run rate (most runs in the least balls) during the defined week
HPL Sixer King of the Week	Player with the highest number of sixes recorded during the week
HPL Super Champions of the Week	Top 25 players based on total  runs during the week, excluding the Run Machine of the Week
HPL Squad Builders of the Season	Player with the highest number of valid and verified referrals recorded during the full season
HPL Super Striker of the Season	Player with the best run rate (most runs in the least balls) during the Entire Season
HPL Sixer King of the Season	Player with the highest number of  sixes recorded across the full season
HPL Super Champions of States	Top 10 players from each state in India with the highest total  runs recorded on the  leaderboard across the entire season duration
HPL Super Champions of the Season	Top 25 players based on total  runs across the full season, excluding the Run Machine of the Season
HPL Run Machine of the Season	Player with the highest total valid runs recorded across the full season period

Reward Eligibility Rules

• A participant cannot win more than once under the same reward category across all weeks during the campaign period.

• Weekly reward eligibility shall be calculated based on player performance recorded on the leaderboard from Sunday to Saturday (both days inclusive) of the defined week period.

• Weekly winners remain eligible for seasonal rewards.

• Even if a participant has already won a weekly reward in a category, their subsequent scores and performance will continue to be considered for seasonal rewards.

• A participant cannot claim multiple rewards under the same category across different weeks; however, they may compete across different categories subject to eligibility and performance.

• The Super Striker of the Week will be awarded to the player with the highest score and the best strike rate.

Reward Claims

• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.

• Winners must submit valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhaar or equivalent) for verification.

• Rewards will be dispatched only after successful verification of participant details.

• Delivery of rewards will be managed via third-party logistics partners.

• TI Cycles of India will not be responsible for any damage, delay, or loss occurring during transit.

Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected based on predefined reward criteria and leaderboard performance.

• All leaderboard data will be verified and validated by TI Cycles of India prior to finalizing winners.

• Weekly winners will be announced within 3–4 days after the end of each week. Seasonal winners will be at the end of the campaign period.

Winner Communication

• Winners will be notified via SMS, WhatsApp, phone call, or through Hercules Instagram Page.

• Participants may also check winner updates via the official link: (insert link).

• TI Cycles of India will attempt to contact winners within 10 days of announcement.

Referral Program Rules

• The referral program is valid only during the campaign period and will be verified by TI Cycles of India.

• A referral is considered valid only when a new user registers using your referral link/code and plays the game as per the rules.

• Self-referrals are not allowed. You cannot refer yourself using different mobile numbers, email IDs, or devices.

• Creating fake or multiple accounts to earn referral benefits will lead to disqualification of all related accounts.

• Any referrals generated through bots, bulk registrations, or unfair methods will be treated as invalid.

• TI Cycles of India has the right to check and verify all referrals at any time.

• If any unusual or suspicious activity is found, referrals may be rejected and the participant may be disqualified.

• Any attempt to manipulate referrals (such as fake invites, circular referrals, or misuse of the system) will result in permanent disqualification.

General Terms, Rights & Participant Acknowledgement

• By participating in the contest, winners grant TI Cycles of India the right to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional and publicity purposes without any additional compensation.

• All personal information collected will be used in accordance with TI Cycles of India’s privacy policy.

• Participants consent to the collection and use of their data for contest administration, communication, and marketing purposes.

• TI Cycles of India reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or terminate the contest or these terms at any time without prior notice.

• Any changes will be effective immediately upon communication or platform update.

• TI Cycles of India shall not be held liable for any technical failures, system errors, network issues, or unforeseen circumstances affecting participation.

• The company is not responsible for incomplete entries due to technical disruptions.

• TI Cycles of India reserves the right to verify all results and participant details at any stage of the contest.

• All decisions made by TI Cycles of India regarding the contest, winners, and disputes shall be final and binding.

• By participating in the HPL contest, participants (and their guardians, where applicable) acknowledge and agree to all the above terms and conditions.

• If any participant does not agree with these terms, they should refrain from participating in the contest.
